FRONT OFFICE COORDINATOR
We are looking for a part-time, afternoon Front Office Coordinator to perform clerical duties and handle early-evening closure at our clinic. This individual will be the first point of contact for new and returning patients, as well as other guests. Responsibilities will include answering phones, scheduling new patients, maintaining/updating patient demographic, insurance, and medical records, and assisting with cleaning of the gym, patient rooms, and waiting area.
Skills Needed: Excellent Customer Service; friendly, patient, attentive, engaging
High School or Equivalent Skills & Aptitude; mathematics, data processing, written and verbal communication, prioritizing, & organization
Computer Proficiency; Microsoft Word, Management Software Programs

Ten years ago today, 10/25/2010, with the help of tons of family, friends and, of course, the Lord, Reger Physical Therapy opened its doors to serve the Anchorage community.
