Being a senior citizen (80), I suffered pain up to a 10 due to a knee replacement and major back surgery. Ashlee set a program to follow and within a month, my pain had decreased to a 2 at most. They started me out with massaging, dry needling, laser therapy, and various machines while getting heat/stim to finish each session. With that said, All the therapists/techs have done an amazing job with my progress!
The Result from the guidance I received was this:
I now can bend down to the floor, dress myself, tie my own shoes, drive a car, and yard work including cutting the grass with my zero turn mower!
