We’ve begun the spray foam insulation process at Casa Cruz. What exactly is spray foam insulation? It is a spray applied closed cell polyurethane system that is used as a form of insulation, air barrier, moisture retarder and weather barrier. At Casa Cruz, we’ll be spraying all perimeter walls on every floor with spray foam insulation. Stay tuned for more updates!
RCG is proud to share completed photos of our project for Duff & Phelps, at 55 East 52nd Street, which we worked on alongside M Moser Associates. This job included the full demolition and construction of three floors, totaling 75,000 SF. The build out consisted of new executive suites, meeting spaces, workstations, conference areas, and a pantry/main café area.

This is a New York-based arts and cultural center dedicated to building community with artists and audiences of all backgrounds, while preserving the stories and traditions of Irish culture. It gives artists a space to create, while exposing New Yorkers to Irish arts and culture.

The next organization we will be highlighting that we've had the pleasure of supporting this holiday season, is Lower Manhattan Cultural Council.
LMCC works to serve, connect, and make space for artists and community. Their residencies have supported the practice and built community among artists, and their grants support hundreds of arts projects throughout Manhattan. We are proud to help them continue to ensure NYC remains a place where artists and communities create a more sustainable society.
In 2019, we also performed pro-bono construction on LMCC's Arts Center at Governors Island.

Nurse Heroes is a new initiative working to support and honor healthcare workers. Funds donated go towards programs including scholarships for nurses and their children. RCG is proud to support Nurse Heroes this holiday season
