Location: Amherst, NY
Type: Full and part time available
Wage: $15-$30/hr (negotiable dependent upon experience and knowledge)
Description: We are currently seeking Snow Plow Drivers, Equipment Operators, and Sidewalks Shovelers to join our team!
Individuals considered for this position will be responsible for the safe and productive operation of trucks, skid steers, loaders and/or sidewalk equipment with mounted snow plows or pushers for the purpose of controlling snow and ice accumulations on jobsites. Snowplow operators are expected to be available 24hrs/day, 7 days/week at any time a snow or ice event occurs on their sites.
Requirements:
• Be on call 24/7 (including nights, weekends, and holidays)
• Availability/endurance to work extended periods of time (length of shifts vary on snow storm)
• Work in variable conditions, such as extreme cold, snow, sleet, and darkness
• Be hard working, professional, and dependable individuals
• Always maintain a positive attitude
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Smoke free/drug free work environment.
