My name is Odalys Perez and I am a Real estate agent in Miami, Florida. I have been working in
the real estate field since 2012. I represent buyers and sellers. I have sold homes, apartments,
new construction projects, and condominiums. I first decided to get into the business when I
bought my home and realized how the process works and how people need help the same way I
needed it when I was buying my home. I realized it would be a great way for me to help others
the same way I needed it. I also fell in love with the career itself, everything about this field
amazes me each and every day. What is in it for me? Customer satisfaction and personally seeing
the glow in my customer’s eyes when they close a deal they had been hoping for. This is not only
my job; it is my passion. I am constantly doing research and extra training to better my work
ethic and be more innovative for my clients. My goal in this field and what makes me stand out
from the rest is that my main goal is always my client’s best interest. My best reward is my
client’s compliments, good reviews, friendly referrals and their happiness when they receive the
keys to their new home. My top priority is excellence in customer service. I use my experience to
help others and give my trust to my clients. I always keep my promises and I am completely
honest with anyone I represent. The clients that know me, always identify me with my fast
response. I work 24 hours a day 7 days a week for my clients. I always give them the service
they deserve and my 100% commitment. I have sacrificed my own personal interests in the gain
of my client’s successful transaction and it reflects on my client’s satisfaction. I convert every
transaction to a friendship.
