West side addition - adding the new living room window; finishing the wider than standard staircase; adding the finishing touches to the living room and master bedroom and finally adding the sand pack to the bottom of the new master walk in 4’x5’ shower. Next will be to tile the shower.

Working in west seattle this time. We’re building an addition - ADU to this house. We’ve had to build tall foundation walls to level the floor to the current house. The plan is to join the two structures and create an alleyway storage between the two structures.
We are back at the attached ADU. We finally got the inspection passed so we are starting the sheet rocking and final touches. While a crew works inside another crew starts to pour the concrete driveway. Phase 1 of drove way completed. Another section will come later.

We’re still working on the detached ADU in west Seattle. The concrete truck is here, mixing on-site so we won’t have any waste at all. Pouring the walls before we fill it in with more concrete for the parking pad. We’ve had to pass quite a few obstacles just to get this approved, but it’s paid off. It’s starting to look complete now.

Working on a home with a cracked foundation and busted water line. New water line installed, now we are fixing the foundation before we cement a new driveway.
We replaced a roof over the weekend. The rains in Seattle recently have been causing issues for homes. Now this one is all fixed up and ready for the rain storm.
Finally finished with the Detached ADU. These are the inside rooms. Bathroom/living space and wet bar.
Installing the tile for the shower and on the heated floor. Moving right along. Passed inspection on the new layout for the closets and the doors. Prepping for paint, should have it ready by tomorrow.
