Dear Past, Present & Future Renters:
1. We run our business like a hotel.
2. Pickup time is BETWEEN 2-5 PM.
3. That does NOT mean you are guaranteed a pickup at 2pm.
4. These units go out back to back.
5. The Previous renter has until 11am to return their unit just like you will on your final day. ( Yes, Some people are late. It happens)
6. We need to have our turn around time. It has to be dumped, washed and sanitized for the next person.
7. Everyday we work our hardest and fastest to get these out of here so you can start your vacation.
I am writing this because we still get calls of people thinking 9am is a pickup time or calling right at 2pm expecting it to be ready. We want you to know we are working our best and most efficient way we can to make sure you get on your way in a timely fashion just like everyone wants to in this high demand business this summer.
