With all that is going on in the world it can be rather easy to be down and feel there is no hope for human-beings...So much hate...So many misinformed opinions being tossed around. People not being who you thought they were. Political parties and hot topics not being what they seemed. Friends one day and enemies the next. With all that said we cannot lose hope. The human soul and heart is an amazingly beautiful thing. We must have trust, faith and love in god that he has all of this under control. I know it certainly does not seem like it and it may not feel like it for sometime. Take this time and connect with yourself and connect with your fellow humans

Eccentric shoulder flexion
Why do we perform eccentric exercises?
Eccentric load exercises involve lengthening of a muscle when force production is most optimal. This exercise demonstration assists with strengthening shoulder flexion muscles prior to moving onto concentric exercises where the muscle has less force production due to the muscle being shortened.

As a patient, you want to be challenged in clinic based on the demands to be seen outside of it. Here we have a patient recovering from ACL surgery performing basketball specific exercises later in his rehab process. Knee stability is crucial in getting back to the court. With this exercise the patient must stabilize their leg while upper extremity movement is occurring, creating difficulty for the patient to balance. Come to train like the Pros here at Repair.
