Some key takeaways:
In Collin and Denton County active listings are down between 25% – 40% and in Dallas County active listings are down 25% making it a great time to list! Also in Dallas County, the average sales price is up about 20% from last year and Collin County is up 10%. The average days on market in Dallas County is down almost 3% from last year, while in the north the days on market are DOWN 20-30% from last year! Now is the time to get your buyers out there when they see a house, there is no time to waste! And now is the time to LIST! Less inventory and more buyers = the perfect time to sell!
