Restivo’s Maintenance Dept. did a great job in providing on time services.
I was able to explain my problem to Scott who was responsive in listening to my explanation of my problem and getting an LG qualified technician to my home.
Matt who was dispatched to resolve my issue was friendly, attentive to my explanation and able to resolve the issues. He explained the reason for my problem and showed me how the issue was resolved.
He was able to dispatch a day earlier than the originally scheduled day which worked out well for me.
Overall a very good customer service experience.

Hot water heaters tend to start having issues or failing when they're 6-12 years old. If your hot water heater is getting up there in age, consider having it replaced. A failed hot water heater makes a BIG mess.

The team at Restivo's was great. Leah, the receptionist was very polite, professional and responded in a very timely manner. Jim came out to explain in great detail what my options were based on my need. I never felt rushed or pressured. The team that came to install my new HVAC system worked so well together and truly seemed to enjoy working together. That demonstrates the character of the company. They were friendly and courteous. ⚠️Winter storm to impact SNE Thursday and Friday⚠️
Good morning. It’s a cold start with temps generally in the 15-25° range....with the sun coming up now. Did anyone capture a nice sunrise?
No issues today with that sunshine around...a few more scattered clouds mix in later. Breezy NW winds at times with highs in the upper 20s to low 30s.
Tonight we cloud up. Cold. Lows in the teens to around 20°.
Here’s the deal with tomorrow and Friday:
Models seem to have stopped with the southern trend. It does look like this storm favors coastal areas and with that trend less mixing is expected...although there still can be some sleet mixing in. Generally I like 4-8” south....3-6” north. My first call map is below. I will tweak this if needed late today. There is the potential a few local spots could exceed 8” if banding develops - need to nail that down. Also the chance this could move north or south based on the track of this system. Cape Cod you are a tough call here...could go either way.
Timing: This is a fairly long duration....I think light snow breaks out across S CT later morning tomorrow. Let’s call it 10am-12pm give or take and slowly moves north. Depending on the amount of dry air this could delay by an hour or two. Snow gets steadier and heavier during the afternoon. The heaviest period looks to be later afternoon through Thursday night. By Friday morning the snow is light...maybe some mixing along the shoreline. And occasional light snow may continue on and off through most of Friday. This is almost like a 2 parter....if someone gets 6” total....they may see 4” by midnight Thurs and then another 1-2” during the entire day Fri with lighter snow around.
Worst commute is Thursday PM IMO followed by Friday AM.
Stay tuned for tweaks...there are quite a few model differences shown below so I expect there will be some.
Highs in the upper 20s and low 30s Thursday....low 30s on Friday.
The weekend looks good with partly to mostly sunny skies and temps 30-35°. Saturday will feel colder with breezy NW winds.

I love the system that they installed! The guys at Restivos worked hard in our limited space attic to install multiple outlets throughout the house, not an easy task… When we asked them to come out to service the system, their technician, Curtis, came out and spent a lot of time educating me on the ways to get the most efficiency out of the system.
