We are happy to welcome Stephanie Farrell as Vice President of Human Resources, and her first day is Monday, February 8.
Farrell joins us from Greenleaf Hospitality, where she was the Associate Director of Human Resources. In addition to a bachelor’s degree in hospitality from Michigan State University, Stephanie has 10 years of hospitality and human resource experience.
While at Greenleaf her focus was on developing organizational culture with a special focus on best practices in serving a diverse workforce and client base. In addition, she developed community partnerships which led to removing barriers for employment of prospective employees.
Her experience in the hospitality industry and passion for creating a positive work environment make her an ideal fit for becoming the culture champion at Heritage and to support our goal of providing high quality of services to our residents.
