Dr. Shantzer and his wife Randee have been happily married since he graduated from dental school in 1982. They have two children. Their son is a tax lawyer on the west coast and their daughter is a physician in her residency training. They also have a dog named Jake. Dr. Shantzer’s time outside the office is spent woodworking, boating, playing golf, doing construction, and radio control modeling. He is also very interested in all forms of technology including computers, both hardware, software, and 3D printing.
