Hi! My name is Rich Kendrick. With 18 years of experience in the field of strength and conditioning, I'm on the Renegade training Board of Advisors, Sr. Renegade Trainer, DMC™ Professional, Renegade Kettlebell Professional™ as well as being a preventive care/post physical therapy consultant for DMC™.
I focus on athletic enhancement, injury prevention, post rehabilitation, proper movement patterning, regeneration/recovery work and weight loss. I believe that health and fitness should be viewed as a way to enhance quality of life, which I practice through my diverse training techniques.
