We wanted to share our recent participation in Nationwide Children's step challenge and remind patients and families the importance of living a healthy lifestyle.
Richland Pediatrics really "Stepped it Up" in the most-recent Be Fit Challenge. It had us on our feet and moving to obtain a crazy number of steps. Our team finished in the top 36 with 878,273 steps in the step challenge. We had one employee finish in the top 4 and another in the top 13 overall participants. We have worked hard on developing a healthy lifestyle and together we have lost an amazing total of 120 pounds as an office.
Our providers and staff are happy to provide information and education to anyone interested in making lifestyle changes. We are striving to be healthy role models to our patients and the Richland Community.
