Our flaky, buttermilk biscuits are scratch-made from NC-milled flour and 100% butter (no shortening or shortcuts) and filled with savory ingredients ranging from crispy bacon and country sausage to fried green tomatoes and Righteous Chicken. What makes the chicken Righteous? It’s tenderized, brined in buttermilk, fried to golden-brown perfection and then served on a biscuit or as strips with your choice of toppings and sauces. No Rise meal would be complete without our famous jumbo Cheddar Tots, a sweet treat or coffee from NC’s renowned Counter Culture Coffee.
This is the second time we have tried rise. Disclosure- prior to moving to NC I had never had a chicken biscuit for breakfast :) Big shout out to the staff...
This was probably one of the nastiest breakfast meals we have ever had. The grits were watery we couldn't eat them. I had a sausage egg and cheese biscuit....
I ordered a Bacon, Egg & Cheese biscuit with cheddar cheese & I got a egg & American cheese biscuit. I live in HS but work in Raleigh so I didn't find this...
