A video from one of our inspections.
The drywall didn't show mold on the front size but looked a bit compromised, when we checked the back side of the drywall, it was infested with black mold.
This is normally the case because on the front side of the drywall there tends to be a layer of primer and paint while keeping in mind, primer serves as a sealant and mold has a hard time growing on it on the short term but on the long term, it eventually does.
