Yesterday I heard one of my employees belt out "Holy Grilled Cheesus" hahahaha! She had the whole staff laughing because we sold a mind-blowing amount of grilled cheese sandwiches yesterday! You all put my crew to the test and I'm telling you I'm so thankful to have the employees that I do! From the front of the house with their exceptional customer service to the back of the house where they are under the gun kicking out some of my creations that were getting well known for! I sure hope they all show up today! I guarantee some butts were dragging as they walked out the door ...LOL if you stop by today make sure you tell them you appreciate what they're doing! I'm sure that will recharge them!

Huge congratulations to Nick Schneider #55 on winning the 29th Annual Bahama Bracket Nationals B bracket feature last Sunday afternoon at the Rockford Speedway! He fought hard for this win, he was in a little dust up on the back stretch which sent him into the pits backwards narrowly missing the point. The crew bolted on a new rim and tire and he started dead last and drove it back to the front for the win! Congratulations buddy you earned it!
