Konrad Kircher and Ryan McGraw finalized a $1 million settlement against the Columbus Archdiocese and St. Charles Prep on behalf of a student who was sexually abused by a now deceased priest and teacher. Also, as part of the settlement, the priest is now included on the Diocese's list of credibly accused priests – something the defendants fought at the beginning of the case.
