This Friday Illinois goes back to Tier 3 to help with the spread of Covid. The title company will still be open and business as usual. However, please keep in mind we are still only allowing buyers, sellers and realtors into closings! No attorneys, kids, lenders, etc. We want to keep everyone safe and healthy!
