Temperatures Expected to Dip Below Freezing
When making preparations to protect your plants, pets and pipes from the expected freezing weather, remember your swimming pool.
Don't forget to disconnect your fill line timer from the hose-bib. All pools with single speed pumps (meaning the pump is either on or off) need to be set to run during the entire time that temperatures are below 34 degrees. Variable speed and two-speed pumps are protected from freezing as long as the pump is running; either high or low speed.
The Riverbend Sandler warranty DOES NOT cover damage caused by freezing temperatures, so please take the time to protect your investment.
Also, just a friendly reminder that pools cannot be vacuumed during this time.
