San Juan Basin Public Health and partners are doing a great service for our community. Diagnostic (PCR) COVID-19 tests are being provided at the SJBPH Community Testing Site, which is the Durango Public Library's overflow parking lot at the corner of East Third Ave and 20th Street in Durango.
These tests are being administered in partnership with Animas Surgical Hospital, Axis Health System, and Mercy Regional Medical Center.
The testing schedule is as follows:
Monday-Thursday, from 12:30 pm – 4:30 pm, and Saturday from 12:30 pm-4:30 pm.
The testing site closes promptly at 4:30 pm, so it is recommended that those needing testing arrive as early as possible.
