Responsibilities:
- Answering and assisting customers over phone and email
- Looking up marine parts using electronic parts catalogs
- Cashiering parts and service repair orders
- Writing detailed repair orders
- Ordering parts from suppliers
- Submitting warranty requests
Requirements:
- Ability to work full time
- Ability to efficiently use a computer
- General knowledge of marine motors and watercraft
- General knowledge of looking up parts using an electronic parts catalog
- Any service writing, parts counter, or marine technician experience is a big plus

- Answering & forwarding phone calls
- Accounts receivable / payable
- Entering and submitting payroll

- Assisting the bookkeeping department as needed
- Creating and maintaining inventory sheets
