About

Dr. Ulrike Ziegner earned degrees from the University of Cologne and the Friedrich Wilhelm University in Bonn, Germany. She is an Allergist/Immunologist and founder of Riviera Allergy Medical Center in Redondo Beach, CA. She cares for patients of all ages with allergic and immunologic conditions.
After receiving her training in both Clinical Pathology and Internal Medicine in Germany, Dr. Ziegner spent several years in basic research of immunodeficiencies at the Wistar Institute and Children's Hospital of Philadelphia. She completed her residency in Pediatrics and a fellowship in Allergy/Immunology at the University of California, Los Angeles. Dr. Ziegner is double board certified in both Allergy/Immunology and Pediatrics. She is the past president of the Asian American Physicians' Association, and a previous board member of the Asthma and Allergy Foundation of America, along with the Los Angeles Allergy and Immunology Society (LAAIS). She has clinical appointments at both City of Hope and Children's Hospital of Los Angeles. She has privileges at all local hospitals in the South Bay region.
