The Office Manager helps to oversee the daily accounting operations of the business. Strong dealership accounting and management experience is required.

RESPONSIBILITES include but not limited to:
• General oversight of the day to day functions within the dealership accounting office and management of the accounting office staff
• Preparing and analyzing financial statements and monthly reports
• Bookkeeping, including performing monthly account reconciliations and sales posting
• Effective management of dealership cash flows & communication with front-end managers during high-volume periods of the month
• Maintaining effective cash management system
• Helps with vehicle inventory control and maintains accurate records
• Communicating effectively with other department managers on tasks as necessary
• Assisting external accountants to complete year-end tax procedures
• Helps educate/train new staff members
• Complying with local, state, and federal reporting requirements and tax filings
REQUIREMENTS
• At least 2 years of previous experience in an automotive dealership
• Skilled in Microsoft Office and accounting programs
• Highly professional and dependable
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
• Integrity, a positive attitude, and strong work ethic
• Maintains a high level of confidentiality
• Must be authorized to work in the US
