Together, we are facing a truly unprecedented situation. The global coronavirus pandemic is affecting all of our families, our businesses, our communities, and our way of life.
First and foremost, our hearts go out to anyone who's been impacted by the virus, either directly or indirectly.
These days, for the safety of our staff their families and customers we are not allowing walk-in communications. If you have a payment to drop off, please leave it in the mail slot and we will send you a receipt in the mail. Additionally, we have added staff to respond to all phone calls and emails to make that communication easier for you.
Please remember, we are as close as your phone or email. We will still be servicing all of your insurance needs partly from this office, and partly from our home offices.
To reach a member of our staff, call us during our regular business hours as you normally would. Even if we’re not physically in the office, we will still pick up or call you back as soon as we can. You can also email us at robcambias@allstate.com with your request.
After hours, you’ll be forwarded to our over-night customer care representatives who will be happy to help.

It’s another way to access policy information, start or update a claim, manage your payments or call for roadside assistance. You can download the free app if you don’t already have it, or we can walk you through the set-up process.
