The Longyear Family Allstate Agency is seeking a part-time (15-20 hours per week) Sales Producer/Client Advocate. This is a primarily a service role. A Property & Casualty License is REQUIRED.
Hours 2:30 to 5:30 Monday through Thursday and 2:00 - 5:00 on Friday'
This role will need expertise in the sales and service of all lines of business. Allstate experience preferred.
Key Functions:
· Provides advice to clients including Client education and relationship building
· Suggests and writes additional client policies when warranted
· Reviews customer accounts and assists in problem resolution as needed
· Follows consistent processes for all prospects
· Always portrays a professional image through proper appearance and actions
· Ensures that all required documents are signed, filed and faxed (when required) appropriately
· Follows all compliance guidelines and procedures
· Maintains knowledge of new products
· Sends solicitation letters to prospects
· Other duties that may be assigned in support of Agency goals
