Dr. Palmer attended medical school at the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio, Texas and completed his training at Wilford Hall Medical Center in San Antonio in 1986. He has practiced in Texas his entire career and made Houston his home in 2005.
Dr. Palmer is a board certified Head and Neck Surgeon.
He is a Fellow of the American Academy of Facial Plastic Surgery.
He proudly served the United States Army from 1970 – 1972 in Vietnam.
