CLIENT SUCCESS - Mortgage Modification:
One of our 13 clients was just offered a mortgage modification. Their arrears were $43K. They are now zero (added to the back of the loan). Their mortgage payment went from $1,700.63 to $1,554.23 a month. 🙂
