Achieving a Better Bite with Dentures
The best way to adjust the bite with dentures is to do the final adjusting in the mouth with a polishing bur and fine water mist. All movements (left, right, forward, and back) can be checked. This is the same method used to adjust natural teeth.
In dental school, we were taught to do all the adjusting OUTSIDE the mouth, which is more tiring and less accurate.

Hopefully very soon for J & J vaccine. It’s undergoing final clinical trials. So it’s not available yet.
