We have just endured a year like no other I have experienced. We have been forced to deal with changes we never expected. We have endured sickness, fear, professional and economic loss. We have had to say goodbye to our treasured loved ones in strange ways. A political and civil climate that has rivaled horrors of the past. I want to begin this year by letting you all know you are on my mind; in my thoughts and prayers and have been. I begin this year with hope and expectation. I am beginning this year with gratitude. I am grateful for you.... personally and professionally. I am grateful for your trust and confidence in protecting your families and possessions from the effects of everyday life; the tragedies that come in an uncertain world. Talking with you and hearing your stories strengthens me. I have ached with you in times of loss and pray my Heavenly Father continues to allow me to be of service in every way I can and that you experience peace, understanding, and share with me in the hope for the future. I continue to hope and expect we will endure the things this world will deal to us together.
