Your health and safety are always our top priority. We are updating our safety measures to help stop the spread, so please help us.
What’s staying the same:
We continue to provide you with your own bottle of disinfectant and your own personal rag for the whole class.
Our boxing side of the class is still divided, so you get your own boxing bag that is 6-8 feet away from your neighbor.
Our functional side of the class is also spaced out so that you get your own area, 8+ feet away from your neighbor.
We have allowed extra time to ensure wiping down of bags and equipment by our staff between classes.
What’s new:
Governor Cooper has also made masks mandatory and will shut down our studio if we do not enforce, so please have a mask with you coming into class and during class. We will have some available at the front desk in case you forget yours.
