RockIT Repairs Inc. has had an amazing year and we are currently expanding our business as we continue to grow exponentially. Currently we have locations in Fredericksburg and Stafford. We have serviced over 50,000 customers from all 50 states since 2012.
This position is for a front of shop customer service representative that will be in charge of answering phones, emails and Facebook messages, calling customers, handling customers in the retail portion of the store and up-selling retail products to customers. We are looking for a tech savvy individual that loves electronics!
Ensure that customers have an enjoyable experience by providing superior customer service and exceeding customer expectations.
Utilize the point of sale system to maintain an accurate record of customer information and a real-time status of each repair.
Maintain the cleanliness and professional appearance of the store.

RockIT Repairs Inc. has had an amazing year and we are currently expanding our business as we continue to grow exponentially. Currently we have locations in Fredericksburg and Stafford. We have serviced over 50,000 customers from all 50 states since 2012 and we are seeking repair technicians with experience for our company. The right person for the job will have phone repair experience, computer repair experience and be familiar with Apple products or Samsung products. Soldering knowledge is a plus for this position. A vehicle is also recommended as at times our technicians need to be mobile. No repair experience but good with electronics? We are looking for someone to start in running the front of the shop and helping with customers and then move into working on repairs.

Basic Qualifications:
Outstanding customer service skills
Excellent technical, problem solving, and analytic skills
Exceptional organizational skills
Strong written and oral communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Work well in team environment
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Valid driver’s license
Access to referrals
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience repairing electronics, smartphones, PC/MACs, and game consoles
Technical degree or certification in Electronics or Consumer Electronics
Previous experience working at retail electronics store
Soldering knowledge
Tasks and Responsibilities:
Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair devices
Explain complex technical issues to customers in a non-technical, simple to understand manner
Provide repair and replacement estimates to customers
Ensure that all repairs meet or exceed RockIT Repairs Inc. quality standards
Ensure that customers have an enjoyable experience by providing superior customer service and exceeding customer expectations
Utilize the point of sale system to maintain an accurate record of customer information and a real-time status of each repair

Computer Repair & Phone Repair Technician at RockIT Repairs
In light of the impact of the Coronavirus worldwide, we wanted to confirm all our customers; we will continue to be open for business. We are practicing social distancing in our shops and keeping our customers as safe as possible. All phones are put through a germicidal uv machine upon intake and cleaned with clorox wipes before and after the repair. All other devices are also being sanitized before and after the repair. We strive to create the best environment for our customers and will continue to do everything we can to keep you all safe and still be able to service your electronics. We just wanted to do a quick update to our customers on the change of intake of phones, tablets and laptops to ensure we are providing the safest process for our customers and staff. When a phone comes in for repair the customer is directly putting the phone into a germicidal uv machine and it is turned on for 10 minutes. We then are removing the phone and wiping it down with Clorox antibacterial wipes. The device is then repaired by our technician and upon completion again wiped down with antibacterial wipes. The same process is happening for laptops and tablets except for the UV process as the machine we have is meant for phones only.
