William (Bill) Hinkamp is a graduate of UC Berkeley College of Environmental Design. Bill founded Rockridge Builders in 1976 to build from the viewpoint of a design professional. Today, Rockridge Builders has become highly regarded by local homeowners, architects, and engineers. Rockridge offers wide-ranging experience in construction services.
