Founded in 1984, The Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation is devoted to the conservation and restoration of elk habitats and the preservation of elk in North America. Our efforts spread from Tennessee all the way up to Ontario, and everywhere in between. With more than 500 chapters and over 11,000 volunteers, we have protected 6.7 million acres of land for elk and other wildlife. We are proud of our heritage of hunting and understand that our nation's wildlife must be preserved to continue our traditions.
