At Rocky Mountain Hospice in Logan, it’s our mission to provide hospice care services with the highest levels of respect and service possible. Our integrated team of nurses and therapists develop individualized plans of care and treat each patient with one-on-one attention that allows them to maintain as much independence as possible and live their life to the fullest potential.
