Today I learned that a former client, a friend, passed away. His laugh filled the room with happiness and his personality was contagious. He was a loving and memorable human being that left this earth way too soon.
I truly hope his family (especially his mother) and friends find peace during this difficult time!

The Texas Supreme Court has prohibited courts from conducting non-essential proceedings in person at least until May 1, 2020. Smith County courts are conducting hearings by video conferencing through Zoom software. More from our blog today.
