Congratulations to our Women Empowered Instructor, Lora Gerulsky, on her hard earned promotion to GJJ Blue Belt!! Lora started out as a Kickboxing student who never dreamed (at first glance) that she would ever train, much less enjoy Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu - the Gracie Jiu-Jitsu self defense approach quickly won her over and she’s found empowerment in not only continuing her martial art journey but also teaching and sharing Jiu-Jitsu with other women @ Ronin Athletics
