Goldie Doss has been in the service industry 14 years, 12 of them bartending for both high-volume and craft cocktail bars. She loves helping plan events and parties and gets contentment in making sure every customer has a great experience every time they visit. Goldie has a passion for taking classic cocktails and putting a modern spin on them, as is evident with the Ginger Spice Old Fashioned, which brings flavors of ginger, allspice, and orange to our winter menu. When not bartending, she loves cooking at home with friends and hosting dinner parties. She believes the saying “you eat with your eyes first” transcends the kitchen and is equally as important when making cocktails that are as pleasing to the eye as they are the palette.

Josh Carreno has been bartending for seven years both in Oklahoma and California. Josh is bold, imaginative, and a little rebellious, and these qualities are truly mirrored in the cocktails he creates. Whether you are craving something unique and wild or something more traditional such as an Old Fashioned, you will never be disappointed with one of Josh’s libations. Of all the staff at Roof Sixty-Six, Josh is the prankster of the group. He has a penchant for spicy foods, and Is always testing the limits of how much heat he can handle. When he isn’t bartending or pulling practical jokes on fellow staff members, you can find him performing stand-up at local comedy shows. Josh states, “If I could choose between a million dollars or making a million people laugh, I’d take the laughs.”

Morgan Bible has been behind the bar now for five years. She grew up on a farm in a small town outside of Tulsa. Some people enjoy the peaceful quietness of country life, but Morgan’s personality shines when she is surrounded with activity and liveliness, so she moved into Downtown Tulsa and has been working at Roof Sixty-Six since it opened in 2018. Morgan has multiple signature cocktails on our specialty drink menu because she is always creating and experimenting. Her favorite is The Communion, which we may never be able to take off the menu due its popularity. She is the life of the party and her expressive, artistic style is replicated in her cocktails, as she always seems to pinpoint the exact flavor profile a customer is looking for.
As this crazy year comes to an end, we want to take the time to thank our bartenders for their hard work, diligence, and great attitude as hours, policies, mandates, etc. kept normal changing each day!
Eli Anderson has been in the service industry for over 20 years, many of them spent helping to open new bars and restaurants, with an emphasis on establishing bar programs and cocktail menus. An expert in all things whiskey, Eli’s favorite spirit to indulge in is a nice rye on the rocks. His favorite cocktail to make is the classic Sazerac, which is the official cocktail of New Orleans. Sitting at the bar sipping one of Eli’s creations, you can immediately tell through his witty, educated conversations that meeting new people and introducing them to new flavors is one of Eli’s favorite things about bartending. Outside the bar, his gift of creativity extends to his home life, where he enjoys building furniture and hand-crafting jewelry and tools.
