We plan to stay open as long as it stays busy today. Jess will be working on special shaped Milk Chocolate Caramels (Sugar Skulls and Roses) for October. We have Organic Honeycrisp Apples dipped in Caramel and Chocolate. We have fresh Peanut Butter Truffles to pair with the special beers being served by Bathtub Row Brewing Co-op this weekend. We've loaded up the pastry case for today, including Mini Lemon Loaves, Chocolate Ganache and Lemon Ganache Heart Cakes, Cupcakes and Cinnamon Rolls.
And if you'd like a meal before your sweets, we have hot Savory Egg Muffins, Cheesy Keto Biscuits and Green Chili, Cream Cheese Kringle. Yum. We sell it by the slice. But I like to eat a whole one. Then, maybe a couple of Red and Green Chili Truffles.😋

Sold out of Carrot Cake Muffins and Chocolate Cupcakes this morning. Second batch of Carrot Cake Muffins is ready. We'll make more Chocolate Cupcakes tomorrow. Plenty of other goodies in the case today though, including Keto Biscuits (cheese snack biscuits for the kids😋) to go with the Organic Savory Egg Muffins (Vegetarian and Ham today, no green chili, both with tomato, spinach and kale). Great for an easy kid friendly or grown up dinner! We're open until 6pm today.

This is our last production day of the week. Cinnamon Rolls, Dark Caramels, Fudge and Fudgesicles coming out later this morning. Scones, Brownies, Cupcakes and plenty of Truffles are all ready for pickup. We'll be working on selling out the pastry case this afternoon and evening until 9pm. We will be CLOSED TOMORROW, Saturday 9/26. Please pick up some weekend treats and help us sell out the pastry case.

Scones (Blueberry, Cranberry and Pumpkin), Savory Muffins (Veggie/Cheese and Ham/Cheese), Gluten-free Cheesy Biscuits (These are not our Keto Biscuits. We plan to make those on Thursday.) Coffee Cake, Kringle (Green Chili/Cream Cheese and Pumpkin), Pumpkin Empanadas, Brownies, Chocolate Chip and Double Chocolate Chip Cookies, and one Heart Ganache Cake are available this morning. Carrot Cake Muffins will be ready later this afternoon, along with Pumpkin Cookies and Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Cookies. Just had a taste of the Hot Cocoa. Yum.😋 We'll make more tomorrow morning if we run out today. And if we have time, we'll make two, three layer cakes for the case, Chocolate and Carrot Cake later this afternoon. We should also have Chocolate Cupcakes ready later this afternoon. Waiting for the Chocolate Mousse to set up for those. Mmm! Love Chocolate Mousse with fresh Whipped Cream! We'll do 4 Mousse, 3 Whipped Cream and 1 Caramel filled Chocolate Cupcake.

Cinnamon Rolls and Kringles are rising. They'll go into the oven shortly. There will be 6 Cinnamon Rolls, 1 Lemon Cranberry Kringle, and 4 Green Chili, Cream Cheese Kringles. Savory Egg Muffins are ready, 4 Veggie and 4 Ham and Cheese. We have Pumpkin, Cherry and Blueberry Scones. There are 6 fresh, beautiful Lemon Tarts. We're open until 6pm today. And ALL of the Truffles are On Sale, 25%, 50% and some Free Fudge. We've been using an alternate source of chocolate ingredients recently due to the shutdown. But it just won't do. Quality is not the same. We're clearing the case and temporarily stopping truffle production until we can bring in our regular ingredients.
