It’s 5 o’clock Somewhere! The residents at Rose Senior Living Avon are enjoying a “Margaritaville” themed party complete with island snacks, a Jimmy Buffett concert on the big screen, trivia, parrot head bowling and of course, margaritas!
A great big thanks to the Culinary department for the introduction of the traveling food cart! Our first culinary event took place on yesterday much to the delight of our residents who enjoyed Italian fare! The food cart will travel through our halls twice a week and offer different small plates and desserts!
We celebrated #NationalCheesecakeDay to only way there is to last week. By eating and passing out cheesecake of course!

Drive-thru Halloween Luncheon
Our residents enjoyed crafting Halloween pumpkins!
We handed out over 90 boxed lunches to local seniors during our Halloween Drive by event! Thanks to Carol, Rachel and Phil for a great time!
Halloween Fun! The residents crafted masks and the team decorated pumpkins and the residents voted on them!
On Halloween the Leadership team says: “Let’s be Pirates! We will never give up the ship!”

A visit from the Gingerbread man and helper! They passed out Gingerbread cookies to each resident's apartment! Our Life Enrichment Department is dropping off goodies every day from now through Christmas to give our residents some holiday cheer!
