Good afternoon everyone. I thought I’d give everyone an update on our business in this current health epidemic. We are open. Our hours are the same. We are just as concerned about maintaining a healthy environment as anyone. Please call the office before you come in. We are restricting clients in the office to two at a time. After you call, we will text you when we are ready for you. There aren’t normally many people in the office but occasionally we get a rush of clients. We are using our large conference room where everyone can spread out as far as 20 feet. We clean the office several times a day. We have extra cleaning supplies on hand should you need or want them. If you are sick, please call. The courts are adopting rules to allow for phone conferences and video hearings. Stay safe. We’ll be over this sooner than it appears. We're open during the holidays except for Christmas Eve, Christmas, New Year's Eve and New Year's Day. I can be reach by phone after hours as I have the phones forwarded directly to my cell phone. I usually keep my phone on until 7:30 to 8:00 pm each evening.

I'm I the only one who's wondering what's been going on with Farmers insurance company the past couple of months. They've been running ads the last couple of months telling us to essentially wonder how bad their insurance really is. They're calling it, "know your gaps." That's when your in an accident or need to file a claim, they're going to tell you, "sorry, you're not covered." Good night Mrs. Jones. Have a great Thanksgiving." I decided to look into this and guess what. They've been sued in several major lawsuits for reducing coverage without disclosing it to policyholders in violation of state insurance laws. So now I guess this is their strategy. Throw their name out there and act like it's no big deal. I wonder who their ad agency is that came up with this one. I guess we really are stupid if we fall for this one. The response should be, "you're fired Farmers!"
