So much going on that I realize that there is not much I can do about it, so I have decided to just concentrate on my HAPPY PLACE, Rosie's Calico Cupboard, and do what ever we can to keep all our Sewing and Quilting customers happy. Here is the new UFO (Unfinished Projects) guideline. This will be our 4th Year and its fun to see what everyone gets accomplished. Rosie’s Calico Cupboard 2021 UFO Challenge – open to everyone, including our out of towners! Once again, this year, (Forth year in a row) we're challenging our customers to finish those UFOs (unfinished projects)! Follow instructions below for a fun way to accomplish this and possibly win a $100.00 Gift Certificate to Rosie’s Calico Cupboard. 2020 Winner CINDY BEGLEY If you are interested in joining the UFO Club, After JANUARY 15th, and not before please… e-mail me a list of your 10 UFO’s that you wish to complete numbering them from 1 to 10. (more details below on how to submit your list and your photos) E-mail your list to rozgonzalez@cox.net and in the SUBJECT line, put 2121 UFO Challenge. I will then copy your list and keep it on file and as you finish your UFO for the month, I will mark it off and save the photo in a folder for the corresponding month. Pictures of completed UFO’s will be posted on Facebook each month. By November 2021, everyone should have his or her 10 UFO’s completed. Most Quilters have a stack of unfinished projects. Make a resolution this year to clean out your UFOs. Steps: 1. Make a list of ten projects that you want to finish in 2021. You can choose from any of your UFOs. Quilting, Embroidery, knitting, crochet, scrapbooking, and painting can count toward your list, too! (We know that Quilters are into everything, not just quilting!) 2. On the first of each month, beginning in February 2021, I will randomly draw a number from 1-10. That number will correspond with which number project you work on throughout the month. Rosie's Calco Cupboard Unfinished Project Challenge (UFO) Each January for serveral years now, we have challenged our customer from Far and Near to enter our UFO Challenge. They sent us 10 Unifinished Projects that they would like to finished and they number them one through Ten, and each month I draw a number and they are to complete that project and send in a photo by the end of the month.
