Unfortunately, we have to tell them there is nothing we can do to help because in Georgia the government is protected by sovereign immunity (even if the government acted outside its power). This proposed constitutional amendment restores the power to the people to challenge the government, in court, when it has overstepped its bounds. So vote YES if you want that power.
