This week, Dr. Danielle Ponzio, hip and knee surgeon at Rothman, performed the very first outpatient total joint replacement at the newly opened state-of-the-art Center for Orthopaedic Surgery in Egg Harbor Township, NJ.
The facility was created by Rothman Orthopaedics in partnership with AtlantiCare to offer outpatient or same-day joint replacement surgery, as well as a variety of other procedures.

Congratulations to Dr. Steven Raikin and Dr. Joseph O'Neil on receiving the prestigious Roger A. Mann Award for their research and presentation on the 'Application of Computerized Adaptive Testing to the Foot and Ankle Ability Measure.'
This award is given in recognition of the outstanding clinical paper presented at the American Orthopaedic Foot & Ankle Society - AOFAS Annual Meeting.
