Dr. Roxann V. Clarke attended Hampton University in Virginia, where she obtained her Bachelor's of Science in Biology, and her Master's of Science in Medical Science and Research. She then attended New York College of Podiatric Medicine and obtained her Doctorate in Podiatric Medicine.
