Menu options include creative appetizers such as fresh Dungeness Crab Tower with sauces of wasabi, ginger-soy and sweet chile or Yellowfin Tuna Tartare with an arugula truffle oil and lemon salad. Also available are delectable panini sandwiches, Deer Valley’s Turkey Chili, creative salads and specialty entrées, as well as our award-winning Bacon BBQ Bison Burger. Children’s and take-out menus are available as well as fine wine, beer and refreshing seasonal cocktails.
COVID-19 Operations Notice
Royal Street Café is open for the summer 2020 season, with limited capacities and outdoor seating only, to comply with social distancing practices. Face coverings are required while inside or queuing for publicly accessed indoor establishments, as per the recent Summit County Public Health Order. Guests unwilling to comply with this order will be asked to leave Deer Valley property.
