Here are a few exercises you can use to improve your balance!
LUNGE STEPS
Keep your head up and back straight facing forward.
Step further to keep your knew from going over your toes.
ONE FOOT BALANCE
Look straight ahead at a point on the wall or and object in front of you.
Balancing for 30 seconds- a minute is recommended if possible.
AROUND THE WORLD
Keep your legs and hips in place and move your torso and upper body.

WHAT SHOULD I DRINK?
Water is best
Low sugar sports drinks are also good choices after high amounts of activity
Avoid high amounts of caffeinated drinks or alcohol which can dehydrate
your body
HOW MUCH?
Drinking 8 cups of water per day is a good general starting point to improve
your hydration level
EASY WAYS TO GAUGE HYDRATION
You don’t feel thirsty throughout the day
Use the restroom at least 3-5 times per day
Urine is colorless or very light yellow
WHEN IN DOUBT…DRINK MORE!

Lean on a wall or over a countertop. For more of a challenge, lean further in.

When you get to where you’re going, set the item down just as you picked it up – but in reverse. You can just as easily injure yourself setting objects down as you can picking them up.
