We encourage anyone who thinks they may have a refund to get your return done as soon as possible. If you expect to owe, we can still get your return done but now you will have 90 extra days before you need to pay.
We can receive your documents electronically and we can send you your return the same way! Please email us at doug@russelltaxservices.com for access to our secure web-portal. CamScanner is a great app which will let you take a picture of your documents and convert it to a pdf for easy uploading.
We also have drop off service. You can drop off your documents to us and we will prepare your return and contact you when it is ready. Wherever possible, we will then finish the return by sending it to you electronically so you do not need to come back to the office. We will hold your paper documents and your copy until things get back to normal.
