" Harrison Boone called to let me know they were on their way and even arrived a little early. He and his assistant, David, were very thorough when doing their inspection and periodically stopped to tell me what they were doing and asked if I had any questions about anything. They were extremely courteous while working in my home and talked to me about possible things I might want to consider for the future that would benefit me in my home maintenance concerns. His sincere attitude and ability to listen to my concerns caused me to request that he be the one to come back and do the next scheduled maintenance, which he willingly set up for me."
