"I took my Ford Explorer to Russ because there was a strange thing happening when I put the car in reverse. Strange was the best I could say about it since I’m not very knowledgeable about cars. They set me up with an appointment quickly, gave me a loaner car and gave me a full report the same day. The most amazing part was they told me that the issue may be under warranty with Ford dealership we used since we were below 100k miles. That honesty was tremendously appreciated and saved me $3,000. That’s right $3,000!!! The repair WAS covered and cost me $100 deductible instead instead of $3,400 which was what Ford would’ve charged me. Btw Russ’s quote was $3,100 which was even lower than Ford. Thank you thank you thank you for your professionalism, advice and honesty!" Daniel M.
